Digital Painting Parallax

This was a project that I did for my Digital Painting class my first year of college. The goal was to create a parallax animation, where elements of a background would move at different speeds.
We also had to combine different existing properties together as a kind of visual remix. I drew the Icon of Sin from the game "Doom 2" (1994) and Marisa Kirisame from "Touhou Project" in the Georgia O'Keefe painting, "Sky Above White Clouds III" (1963).
